Warranty Information

Full new system warranty
1. A full new computer system consist of at least 1X housing, 1X CPU, 1X Main board, 1X RAM, 1X HDD, 1X Assembly, each part of the system also has to be brand new, not used or demo.

2. Systems have 1 year warranty on parts, unless otherwise specified. Parts include any hardware component sold as part of the computer system listed on the invoice.

3. Warranty on parts are provided by the manufacture, Texen Computer Services have no obligation to provide a replacement part on the spot, unless the product produced a fault in the first 7 days of purchase.

4. Systems have 1 year warranty on labor.

5. Labor warranty covers work the parts, and only the parts bought as the system package.

6. Works under labor warranty only covers installation of replacement hardware that is part of the original system as indicated on the invoice.

7. Labor warranty does not cover any fault with software, unless the fault occurred with in the first 7 days of purchase.

8. Labor warranty does not cover any fault with hardware malfunction due to device driver problems, unless the fault occurs within the first 7 days of purchase.

9. Labor warranty does not cover fees and charges that may apply to install additional components, or any components not listed on the original system purchase invoice.

10. Labor warranty does not cover work done on parts that may carry a manufacture's warranty of more then 1 year, should that product become faulty out side the 1 year labor warranty period.

11. Additional Labor warranty may be negotiated at the time of purchase.

Parts warranty (for individual part/s bought at Texen Computer Services)
1. Part warranty covers all parts purchased at Texen Computer Services individually.

2. Every new part carries a 1 year manufacture's warranty unless otherwise stated.

3. Texen Computer Services have no obligation to provide immediate replacements for faulty parts outside the first 7 days purchase.

4. Parts warranty does not cover any installation fees and charges that may be applied.

5. Parts warranty does not cover any inspection fees and charges that may be applied when determine which component is faulty inside a system.
