Refund + Exchange Information

 

Hardware refund/exchange

  1. Hardware include any non-consumable computer parts bought from Texen Computer Services.
  2. Invoice or written receipt must be presented to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  3. Refund or exchange must be exercised within 7 days starting from the invoice or purchase date.
  4. Hardware may not be returned or exchanged due incompatibility with computer system, unless special exchange/refund permission has been given at the time of purchase.
  5. Hardware may not be returned or exchanged because you don’t like it.
  6. Hardware may not be returned or exchanged due to usage other then described on the instruction manual.
  7. Hardware may not be returned or exchanged less original packaging, device drivers and any accompany software are present and in original condition.

 

Consumables refund/exchange

  1. Consumables include ink cartridges/toners/refills, blank medias of any type, cables.
  2. ALL consumables are sold on a non-returnable basis unless physical product fault not caused by misuse is evident.
  3. Consumables may be exchanged only with purchasing receipts.
  4. Consumables may be exchanged only while packaging has not been breached.
  5. Consumables are not exchangeable out side the first 7 days of purchase.

 

 

Software refund/exchange

  1. Software may not be returned or exchanged out side the first 7 days of purchase.
  2. Software may not be returned or exchanged with broken seal.
  3. Software may not be returned or exchanged due to not meeting system requirements stated on packaging.
  4. Software may not be returned for any other reason, unless physical product fault is evident, or carries a manufacture’s money guarantee, or have misleading information on the packaging.
